The lesson

Recap a conference by speaker and announcement, so each executive owns a section of what was said and shipped.

The move

After a short intro, a black-and-white stage photo leads into sections that follow the keynotes: Agentic infrastructure (Guillermo Rauch), Backends on Vercel (Malte Ubl), Vercel is for shipping agents (Tomo Occhino) and Vercel for enterprise (Jeanne Grosser). It cites developers on Vercel up 3x and agent-triggered deployments up 28x, and lists Ship day sessions by speaker and company.

Why it works

  • Our readNaming the speaker and title at the start of each section turns a long recap into something a reader can map to the talk they want to watch.
  • Our readThe big pull quote "Production context is what turns software into a loop" gives the post one memorable sentence to carry out of a 21 minute read.
  • Our readListing outside speakers from companies like Anthropic, Slack and Notion adds named voices beyond Vercel's own.

What not to copy

Don't copy the monochrome race-car imagery or the agent claims. Keep the speaker-per-section structure and the short, linked list of what each announcement is.
