What buyers ask about cost and terms.

Something else? Email bob@unfairly.ai.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee. It depends on how many templates you run and roughly how many proposals you send, so we quote it after one call about your deals. There are no seats to count, and the free rebuild costs nothing.

How long is the contract?

Month to month, with the fee quoted after one call. You can start with a pilot on one template before you add more.

What counts as a template?

One kind of deal you sell, like a group renewal, a new-logo business case, or a quarterly review. Each proposal built from it is different, because it's written on that client's numbers. A new deal type is a new template.

What if we send more proposals than we planned?

Volume sets the fee, so a busy season doesn't cost you per proposal. If your volume changes for good, we'll look at the fee together.

What happens to our clients' data?

We work from counts, like enrolled lives by state, never a row per person, and requests carrying identifying data are refused. Every proposal is its own page, and readers can be asked to verify their email with a one-time code.

Can we cancel?

Yes. It's monthly, so you stop at the end of a month. Every version of every proposal prints to a clean PDF you can keep.

We have enterprise requirements. Can you meet them?

Tell us what your security and procurement teams need on the first call. Proposals can live on your own domain with your brand on reader emails, and requests and reading data can run through your CRM and our API. If there's something we don't do yet, we'll say so plainly.

Send us one proposal and judge the result before we talk price.

We'll rebuild it as a live page in 48 hours. If it's better than what you send today, book a call and we'll quote a pilot.
