Prepared for you
Every employer gets its own proposal, and you see who reads it.
Built on each employer's census counts, approved by your team, and still reporting after the broker forwards it.
Their census, your ROI
The CFO moves the census, and your ROI answers on their own numbers.
- Counts by site, never a row per person
- Your ROI method on every employer
- A clean PDF for the benefits committee

Lives by site, from the broker's census
Designed for one employer
We design each employer's proposal, so your team only has to approve it.

- Comments right on the draft
- Nothing goes out before you approve
After the broker forwards it
The broker forwards it, and you still see the CFO come back to your ROI.
- Forwards show up as new readers
- Readers verify their email with a code
- Time spent on every section

What benefits sales leaders ask us first.

Do you ever touch PHI?
We work from counts, like lives by site or headcount by age band, never a row per person, and a file with names or birth dates is refused at intake. Readers can be asked to verify their email with a one-time code, and nothing reaches an employer until your team approves it.
Will brokers actually pass a link along?
They forward emails all day, and a link travels in the same email. When someone new at the employer opens it, they show up as a new reader from that company. A clean PDF is there for anyone who wants a file.
Can it run under our brand, on our domain?
Yes. Proposals can live at your own address, like proposals.yourcompany.com, and reader emails come from your company's name. The employer and the broker see you, not us.
Our engineers could build this. Why you?
They could build the plumbing. We design each employer's proposal, run your ROI method on its numbers, check every version and keep improving the template, so your engineers keep building your product.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee based on how many templates you need and how many proposals you send, quoted after one call. Rebuilding one past proposal as a live page is free.
Send us one employer proposal before your 7/1 season, and get it back live in 48 hours.
Employers choose their vendors months ahead. The rebuild is free, or book a demo and we'll walk through your ROI method.
