The lesson

Put two big result numbers and a talk-to-us button above the story, so the case study works for a reader who stops there.

The move

The headline "How the at-home workout sensation, Hydrow, cut authoring times from weeks to minutes" leads to a card showing "3000% Faster website updates" and "50% Improvement in Core Web Vitals" beside a "Talk to an Expert" button. Sections run "The problem", "The solution" and "The wins", with large pull quotes and three call-to-action boxes along the way.

Why it works

  • Our readThe stats card comes before the body copy and sits next to the button, so interest and action are on the same screen.
  • Our readLarge quotes from named people on the project, such as Hydrow SVP Reuben Kabel's "it just works", break up the technical sections and give a skimmer a human voice.
  • Our readCall-to-action boxes recur between sections and at the close, so a next step stays within reach through a long read.

What not to copy

Don't copy the long architecture walkthrough unless your buyer is technical, and use only numbers the customer agrees to. Keep the metrics-first card and the headline that states a before and after.
