LinkedIn sales deck

The lesson

Start a product launch deck with how buying has changed, so the product arrives as the answer.

The move

The cover reads "Introducing: The New LinkedIn Sales Navigator" over a blue and purple city-skyline photo of a woman on a phone, with the LinkedIn logo below. The deck then opens with "The buying process has changed" and three stats, a three-word promise of focused, informed and trusted, and one product screen for each word.

Why it works

  • Our readOpening on a change in the buyer gives a seller a reason to care before any feature is shown.
  • Our readThree one-word promises are easy to remember and to repeat in a pitch.
  • Our readGiving each promise exactly one screen ties it to something the viewer can see.

What not to copy

Don't reuse the claims or stats, which are tied to LinkedIn and its era. Keep the sequence: the shift, a short set of promises, one proof screen per promise.
