Work & Co case study

The lesson

Open a case study with a headline that states the trade-off you solved and a product wall the visitor can look at before reading.

The move

The page opens on a dark brown band with "Philz Coffee" and the serif headline "Mobile ordering that cuts the wait, not the character". Under it, rows of app screens on mint each show a drink on a coloured card. A left label "What we did" sits beside bullets starting "User behavior research and analysis" and "Logistics modeling".

Why it works

  • Our readThe headline names a risk (losing character) and promises to avoid it, which tells the reader what the work protected.
  • Our readRows of drink screens in varied colours show the breadth of the product in one glance.
  • Our readA narrow left label with the services list beside it keeps the credits scannable and out of the headline.

What not to copy

The coffee-brown band belongs to this client. Keep the "X, not Y" promise only if the client's own words support it, and keep the large, real product image directly under the headline.
