The lesson

Run an AI over your own back catalog and post the resulting list as the content, crediting the people it quotes.

The move

Lenny Rachitsky says he asked Claude Cowork for "the 10 most important skills for thriving in the age of AI, based on my 320 podcast conversations." He lists two parts of five, each with a one-line gloss, some with a tagged handle like @rauchg. A quoted earlier post shows the tool at work.

Why it works

  • Our readNaming the 320 conversations tells readers the list rests on a body of work, which gives it weight.
  • Our readTagging guests next to their lines credits them in public and gives those people a reason to engage.
  • Our readThe embedded image of the tool running shows the method, so readers can see how to try it with their own archive.

What not to copy

Don't copy this if you have no real archive to mine, and don't treat the AI's list as verified. Keep stating the source size and crediting the speaker wherever a line is theirs.
