The lesson

Turn a podcast guest into numbered, specific claims with one number or example each, so the post replaces the episode.

The move

The post opens "My biggest takeaways from Anthropic's Head of Growth Amol Avasare:" and runs six numbered points, each a paragraph. Examples include a five-engineer team producing the output of 15 to 20 engineers, "60-80% of Anthropic's growth team's projects have no PRD", and a link to the full conversation at the bottom.

Why it works

  • Our readMost points open with an arguable statement, and each carries a figure or anecdote, so any one can be quoted alone.
  • Our readGiving away the substance up front makes the full conversation link an extra, not a teaser that withholds the point.
  • Our readPoint 3, that AI can't yet automate getting six people in a room to agree, gives the list a concrete limit that is easy to repeat.

What not to copy

Don't copy the Anthropic claims or lean on someone else's name without their numbers being right. Keep the numbered format and one hard detail per point.
