The lesson

When the output is the product, launch with an unexplained reel of it and one line saying the model made it all.

The move

The cover is a close-up of an eye with a small "runway" mark in the corner, and the film states that every scene was generated with Gen-3 Alpha. Shots move through fog into mossy stone ruins, a desert of tall cacti, a red desert seen through a rock opening, and green-tinted ice blocks.

Why it works

  • Our readMoving through very different places (mossy ruins, desert, ice) shows range across many settings, so the breadth stays visible.
  • Our readA close-up of an eye is a shot where flaws are easy to spot, so putting it on the cover signals confidence in the output.
  • Our readThe small corner watermark appears on every shot shown, tying each one back to the tool.

What not to copy

This works because the shots are the product, and a tool with less striking output needs a different launch. Keep the disclosure up front and lead with your hardest shot.
