Ramp case study

The lesson

Start a case study with the customer's face filling the hero and two figures set directly on the photo, before any prose.

The move

A full-width portrait of a smiling woman against white brick carries the Glossier wordmark and "How Ramp enabled Glossier to save 5 hours/week and easily integrate with NetSuite". Two figures sit on the photo: "5 hours" per week saved, and "6 weeks" from discovery to onboarding. A quote beginning "We were in disbelief." follows.

Why it works

  • Our readPutting figures in light type on the photograph keeps the person and the proof in one view, so the reader does not scroll to find the result.
  • Our readOne figure is about time saved and the other is about time to get going, which answers both "what do I gain" and "how hard is it to start".
  • Our readThe headline names the outcome and the system it connects to (NetSuite), which a finance reader can check against their own stack.

What not to copy

Do not copy the numbers; use only figures your customer will let you publish. Keep the portrait-plus-two-figures hero and a short quote right under it.
