The lesson

Publish your own data as a dated argument with claim-style chart titles, not as a dashboard.

The move

The page is titled 'Cracks in the AI Thesis Part 3', opens with 'Dear Colleagues' and a short list of extras, then runs five charts. Titles state the point, for example 'AI spend is flat as usage rises' and 'Two straight months of no growth in token spend'. Each chart has a 'Copy embed code' link.

Why it works

  • Our readChart titles written as claims let a skimmer get the argument without reading the paragraphs.
  • Our readA letter form with a named author and a number in the title ('Part 3') reads like a series worth following.
  • Our readA question headline on the first chart invites the reader to look for the answer in the data.

What not to copy

This depends on a real proprietary data set, so don't dress up public numbers as if they were yours. Keep the claim-as-title habit and the short opening note.
