The lesson

Show the customer's real workspace beside the headline, with real team names and meeting titles, so the proof is something they can check.

The move

A split first screen. On the left, a Notion x Toyota lockup and the headline "Toyota uses Notion to drive more efficient workflows with collaboration that comes standard". On the right, a Notion page called "Humanoid Robot Group" with a menu, "Today's meeting minutes" and "This week's tasks" lists.

Why it works

  • Our readA screenshot with specific page, meeting and task titles reads as a real working page, so it carries trust without a number.
  • Our readThe product screen sits next to the claim about workflows, so the reader sees the thing being described.
  • Our readThe partnership lockup puts both brands in front of the reader before any copy, which signals an actual customer.

What not to copy

Don't copy the long, abstract headline. Keep the real, named workspace screenshot as the hero, cropped so it still reads as a working page.
