The lesson

When you change pricing, lead with the customer's savings, show the evidence chart, and state the cutover date plainly.

The move

"Agents, rebuilt to do more for less" opens with a boxed TL;DR of five bullets. A "Quality versus cost" scatter backs a bold line claiming similar results to Opus 5.5 and Astra at about 90% lower average cost. The credits section moves existing customers over on November 2. A FAQ asks "What happens if our contract hasn’t renewed yet?"

Why it works

  • Our readA TL;DR box lets a busy admin get the whole change in one read before deciding whether to scroll.
  • Our readPutting the cost saving first frames a new credit system as a benefit before the reader sees the rules.
  • Our readA dated cutover and a renewal-timing FAQ address, in the post itself, the timing question an existing customer is likely to have.

What not to copy

Don't present your own cost-versus-quality chart as proof; it is the company's claim. Keep the TL;DR, the exact date and the FAQ aimed at existing customers.
