The lesson

Describe a customer's automation as a roster of named roles, each with a short job description, instead of as a feature tour.

The move

Beneath "Clay's New Default: Workflows That Happen in the Background" a stat card shows "80+" active custom agents. The body names the Meeting Classifier, Incident Manager and Daily Briefer in bold, each with what it does for a named person. A product image is captioned "Building The Morning Briefer custom agent using plain text".

Why it works

  • Our readNamed agents with a person attached are easy to retell, so a reader can picture a team member of their own getting a Daily Briefer.
  • Our readThe headline and the closing call to action both say work happens "in the background", so the page makes one point.

What not to copy

Don't reuse Clay's agent names or the one-word "Crazy." quote. Keep the pattern of a title, a job and a named person it serves.
