The lesson

Write the customer story around what the customer built, and put your product in the supporting role.

The move

The title is "The coding agent behind 75% of Ramp’s merged PRs", followed by a video player and a lead paragraph about Inspect, Ramp's in-house agent. A fact row lists Ramp, Founded New York 2019, Switched October 2019, and Company size 1,600. Sections follow: "What Inspect is", "Why Ramp built its own coding agent", "How it works with Linear".

Why it works

  • Our readLeading with the customer's own agent makes the page about an engineering problem first and about Linear second.
  • Our readThe third section explains Linear as the structured record of specs, customer requests and roadmaps the agent reads, which positions it as infrastructure.
  • Our readThe "Switched October 2019" fact gives a tenure signal in one cell, without a paragraph of claims.

What not to copy

Don't copy the agent topic or the 75% headline unless it's your customer's number. Keep the move of titling by their achievement and explaining your role only where the mechanism needs it.
