The lesson

Turn customer awards into proof by giving each winner a named title, a company and a short account of what changed.

The move

Under "MEET THE 2026 GOLDEN GONG AWARD WINNERS" sit a table of contents and a purple award graphic. Each winner gets a heading such as "CS Leader of the Year: Christine Lawther, Dscout" and a short paragraph. One reports forecast accuracy within "±0.7%" for Ed Franklin at Wolters Kluwer, and ADP, Dayforce, OnBoard and Intuit follow as team winners.

Why it works

  • Our readEach heading names a company, and the leader awards name a person too, so the post works as a set of small case studies.
  • Our readThe paragraphs describe what each team changed in how it works, and a specific number appears in several, which makes the praise concrete.
  • Our readTying every winner to Gong's product in the closing lines moves the post from celebration to an invitation to "Get started with the Gong Revenue AI OS today".

What not to copy

Don't copy the leader-of-the-year categories if you have no awards program. Keep naming real people and real outcomes, and check each figure with the customer first.
