The lesson

Give one customer quote half the lower page, larger than body copy, with a face, a title and a link to the full story.

The move

The headline "Create better customer experiences with the world’s most popular CMS" sits on a peach-to-blue gradient above a circular diagram labelled Invest in the right content, Develop content, Activate content, Prove value. Below, body copy and bullets sit left; right, a Capgemini quote from Parker Ward with photo, logo and "Read the case study".

Why it works

  • Our readThe quote is the largest type below the headline, so the customer's words outrank the vendor's bullets on the page.
  • Our readThe quote is about a need, not praise, so it speaks to a buyer's situation. A name, title, photo and company logo make it checkable.
  • Our readOne circular diagram fills the middle of the page, so it shows a loop of work rather than a list of parts.

What not to copy

Do not borrow the headline superlative unless you can support it. Keep the single diagram, the oversized quote with full attribution and the next-step link.
