The lesson

Sell employer benefits in the post copy as five themed groups with real specifics, and let a playful cover carry the brand.

The move

The post says "We just updated our 2025 benefits" and lists five emoji-led groups, from wellness to "Our culture". Details include 10 free therapy visits a year, a 2-week Winter Break, 15 days of paid backup care and a $10k bonus for first-time Pittsburgh homebuyers. The 12-page cover is green with illustrated characters and the title "your benefits overview".

Why it works

  • Our readNamed perks with amounts, like "$100 a month to spend on social clubs", are checkable, so the claim of caring has specifics behind it.
  • Our readCalling employees "Duos" and naming a group "Ultimately, you Duo you" keeps the company's brand voice inside a benefits list.
  • Our readPutting the grouped benefits in the post keeps the value readable without opening the document.

What not to copy

Don't copy the in-joke naming if your brand has no equivalent voice. Keep the grouped list with real numbers in the post copy.
