The lesson

Give a conference conversation a title that names the problem you are about to solve for the viewer.

The move

Two men sit across from each other with podcast microphones on a blue background with a Dreamforce logo. Their names read "Rohan Kumar & Chamath Palihapitiya" and the title, in large white type across the bottom, is "Agentic Sprawl".

Why it works

  • Our readA coined problem name makes the video feel like it addresses something real that the viewer might already be worrying about.
  • Our readPutting two speakers' names in the thumbnail signals an actual conversation instead of a product pitch.

What not to copy

Don't invent a problem term the audience doesn't recognize. Keep the format: big title, named guests, and no product claim on the thumbnail.
