Brand refresh
Keep the name and logo. Update color, type, imagery or voice. You may not need an identity studio: a designer and the rollout may be enough.

A rebrand is two jobs. The identity: positioning, and sometimes a new name, logo, colors, type and voice. Then the rollout: every page, deck, ad, template and sales asset remade in the new brand. An identity studio does the first. The rollout is where most rebrands stall, and it is the part an AI design agency does well. Unfairly does the rollout. We don’t create names or logos.
Who you sell to, what you stand for, why you win. The brand follows from this.
Your leadership, often with a strategist
Name, logo, color, type, imagery and voice. New or refreshed.
An identity studio
The rules, written down: what to use, when, and what never to do.
The identity studio, then whoever runs the brand
What goes in a brand bookWebsite, decks, one-pagers, ads, social, email, templates, events. Every asset, remade.
Your team, an agency, or an AI design agency
Every new piece after launch stays on brand. This never ends.

New positioning, often a new name or logo. Start with an identity studio, then plan the rollout before you launch.
Hire for the job in front of you. A new name or logo needs an identity studio. That is not us.

| New name | Yes, often with naming specialists | Often | No | No. Hire an identity studio. |
| New logo and identity | Yes. This is the core job. | Yes | Rarely, and risky to try | No. We work from your new identity. |
| Guidelines | Yes, as a brand book | Yes | You write and keep them | We turn them into a brand system AI tools follow |
| Rollout across every asset | Some launch pieces | Launch pieces and campaigns, billed by project | Yes, if someone has time to check every piece | Yes. Every format, every version, each one checked. |

The identity is done. Now every asset needs to change, and every new one needs to stay on brand.
How an AI design agency worksYour new guidelines become a brand system: rules people and AI tools can follow, not a PDF.
Our creatives design the first new pieces: the deck master, the one-pager, the launch page.
You call it. Nothing ships without your yes.
The engine takes approved work to every format and size.
Our creatives check each piece against the new brand before it ships.

It helps you change how your company looks and sounds: positioning, identity and guidelines, and sometimes the launch. Some only do the identity. Ask who does the rollout across every asset.
No. We work from a real brand. For a new name or logo, hire an identity studio first, then bring us the guidelines and we roll the brand out.
A refresh keeps the name and logo and updates color, type, imagery or voice. A rebrand changes positioning and often the name or logo.
When the brand no longer matches what you sell or who you sell to: after a pivot, a merger, a move upmarket, or when buyers mistake you for something else.
The identity ships, but the old decks, templates and pages stay in use. Every asset has to be remade, and new work drifts back to the old look.
Identity work is usually priced as a project, by scope. Unfairly prices the rollout from $5,000 a month, every version included. No annual contract.
Write the rules down so AI tools can follow them, check every piece before it ships, and audit what is live.
