Every proposal your reps send starts from a template you control.
We design one template per deal type and build every proposal from it, and your team approves each one before it goes out.
Template releases
A template change is tested on sample proposals before any rep can use it.

Approval
Nothing reaches a client until someone on your team approves that version.
- Comments right on the draft
- One approval puts it on the link
- Readers verify their email first

Who maintains the templates?
We do. You tell us what should change, we ship it as a new release, and you review it on sample proposals before promoting it. Your team never has to edit a layout.
Who can approve a proposal?
The people you name on your team. A version isn't on the client's link until one of them approves it, and the reading report shows who approved each version.
Can we keep pricing rules and claims consistent?
Yes. They're built into each template, so every proposal starts from the same rules, and your reviewers check the result before it's approved.
Which CRM does it work with?
A deal stage or an API call requests a proposal, and the link, opens, readers and clicks come back through signed callbacks and webhooks. Tell us your CRM on the first call and we'll show you how it connects.
What data do you need from us?
Counts, like enrolled lives by state, never a row per person. Requests that carry identifying data are refused before anything is built.
Start with the deal type your reps rebuild most often.
We'll turn it into one governed template and run it on your live deals as a pilot.
