Ask for a proposal, and a finished one comes back.

We design it for the buyer, your team approves it, and your rep sends one link that reports back.

Northgate Benefits for Fernhill ManufacturingAn example proposal for fictional companies

The proposal

Built on your client's numbers, in your brand, with nothing for your reps to design.

  • A layout made for this buyer
  • Numbers they can change
  • A clean PDF for procurement

The review

Your team marks it up on the page, and nothing goes out until someone approves it.

  • Comments right on the draft
  • One approval puts it on the link
  • New versions wait for review

Who builds the templates?

We do. After a call about how you price and what you can and can't claim, we design one template for each kind of deal you run, in your brand. When something should change, you tell us and we update it.

Can our reps edit a proposal themselves?

They comment on the page, and each round of comments becomes the next version. That keeps the design and the numbers consistent across every rep while still letting them shape each deal.

Which CRMs does it work with?

Any CRM that can send a webhook or call an API can start a proposal. We set up the trigger, the fields we write back, and approval from the record if you want it. Reps without a CRM trigger can use one short form or a chat tool.

What data do you need from us?

The deal's totals: headcount, locations, rates, dates. We never take a row per person, and requests with names, dates of birth or member IDs are refused before anything is built.

What happens when a template changes?

Templates are versioned. A new release is built on sample proposals for your team to review, and only goes into use once it's approved.

How is it priced?

A fixed monthly fee based on how many templates you need and how many proposals you send. We quote it after one call.
