02 How routing changes a day

One Tuesday morning at Ashby, before and after.

Same depot, same orders, same road closure. The difference is who builds the routes and how fast they change when the road does.

07 Questions

What operations, IT and finance ask before saying yes.

What if the pilot misses its targets?

You stop and pay nothing for it. The pilot runs at the Pro rate for two sites, $7,800 for six weeks, and we refund it in full if both depots aren’t at 90% on time by Jan 15.

Does this replace our ERP or warehouse system?

No. Atlas Route reads orders and delivery windows from the systems you have, and writes routes and load sequences back. Nothing is re-keyed.

Do drivers need new devices?

No. Drivers use a phone app on the Android or iOS phones they already carry. Training is twenty minutes at the start of a shift.

How are warehouses counted for billing?

Per warehouse with live routes, per month. A site added mid-month is billed from the day it goes live. Pilot sites roll into the plan at the same rate.

How do our carriers join?

In phase three. On Enterprise, each carrier gets its own portal and its stops count in your on-time number. On Pro, carriers see their routes through a shared link.

What does your team need to give us?

Four weeks of order history for the pilot depots, your delivery windows, and a fleet list. Then two hours with one dispatcher per depot before go-live.

08 Next step

Decide by November 20. The first trucks roll on new routes December 1.
