What we collect

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and your answer to "How do you manage context for AI?" We use this to communicate with you about Unfairly and to understand what our early users need.

We also collect anonymous usage data through PostHog (page views, button clicks, form interactions) to understand how people use our website. No personal data is shared with PostHog beyond what's strictly necessary for analytics.

How we use it

  • To send you a confirmation email when you join the waitlist
  • To notify you when Unfairly is available
  • To understand our early audience and build a better product

We will never sell your data. We will never share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where we store it

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the United States). Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Analytics are processed by PostHog (US servers).

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing bob@unfairly.ai. We'll remove your information within 30 days.

If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and portability. Same email — we'll handle it.

Cookies

We use PostHog for analytics, which sets a cookie to track anonymous sessions. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers.

Changes

We may update this policy as we build the product. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email.
